Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Airport pick up - Check in hotel (-)

Welcome at the airport by a driver and transfer to the hotel in the city center for check-in.

The room is at your disposal from 14.00 on. The rest of the day is free at your leisure. Meals on your own.

Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on cruise (B/L/D)

Have breakfast at hotel.

7:45 - 8:15 AM: Tour guide will meet you at your hotel with shuttle bus pick up. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmland and Red River delta.

11:30 - 12:00: Arriving at Tuan Chau Marina. Welcome aboard the cruise. Meet the captain, crew and join us for a welcome drink while listing to a brief introduction. Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind. Enjoy a delectable lunch while cruising ahead to Halong Bay.

In the afternoon, explore the Surprising Cave - the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. It is one of the widest grottoes in Halong Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.

Back to the Cruise, we will take you to visit the Titop Island - your choice to swim, join sports or climb up to the top of the Island and capture some best views of Halong Bay.

Continue cruising to the quiet area while enjoy beautiful seascape on the way.

After that, come back to the boat, enjoy the Sunset Party on sundeck.

Evening Relaxing: Dinner is served.

Spend a free night with friends and family, take part in board games with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around.

Overnight on board.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/Br)

6:30 - 6:45 AM: Enjoy breakfast on board before cruising to the Natural Preservation Zone.

Kayak to explore around or visit a visiting a local fisherman's floating house and learn about their daily life.

We board the cruise again while you take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags can be left in the luggage store.

Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and other islets in Halong Bay.

Time for a brunch served on board.

11:00 - 11:30 AM: Disembark at the harbor, Tuan Chau Marina. The tour guide and shuttle will wait for you to transfer back to hotel in Hanoi.

Check-in hotel and overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi Sightseeing – Afternoon fly to Danang – Transfer to Hoian (B)

This morning is going to be an interesting day sightseeing in Hanoi. Our first visit is Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where you can have a chance to learn more about the Great Father of Vietnam - Uncle Ho through his relics at the Still House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda. Next, head to Temple of Literature is also known as the first university of Vietnam. Lunch on your own account.

Afternoon, transferred without guide to the airport for a flight to Danang. Our driver will wait for you at Danang airport for a pick up and transfer to your hotel in Hoian.

Dinner on your own account. Overnight stay at the hotel in Hoian.

Day 5: Hoian Eco Tour – Hoian Sightseeing (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. 8.30am: Ready for an exhilarating market exploration this morning. Our guide will take you to visit a local market in Hoian where gathers many people and local produces. This is a great chance for you to interact with the natives and learn some useful tips of bargaining.

Bay Mau nipa palm forest is our next stop. Coracle is our amazing means of transport for this trip. As we float through the lush mangrove forest observing its beauty, you can also find some cute souvenirs made of palm leaves such as hats, rings and watches sold by locals.

Next, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Thu Bon river watching the daily life and fishing movements of the locals in the countryside.

Return to the town center in the afternoon for a leisure walk through its impressive architecture which are the perfect combination of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese culture.

Visit to Tan Ky Ancient House, the Chinese Assembly Hall of Phuc Kien and the Japanese Bridge. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 6: Hoian Morning Free – Afternoon fly to Ho Chi Minh City (B)

This morning is free at your leisure. You can spend time exploring the ancient town buying some lovely gifts for your family and friends back home.

Around noontime, we will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon.

Upon your arrival, our driver is ready to pick up and transfer you to the hotel for check in. Stay overnight at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnels – City Tour (B)

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, then our tour guide and driver will pick you up to transit to Cu Chi Tunnels, a famous site that draws tourists for its priceless historical value. Built by Vietnamese soldiers during wartime, Cu Chi Tunnels is a complicated system of mazes, living spaces, and facilities serving war.

You will have the chance to learn more about the situation in wartime through the introduction video and go down to the tunnels. Lunch is on your own.

In the afternoon, we go back to the car for a return to Ho Chi Minh City for a city tour around Saigon, as many locals call this city, you get the chance to visit historical sites hidden in the bustling modern city including The Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum, Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House.

Also, don't miss the famous Ben Thanh market where you can pick local goods and souvenirs.

Spend the night at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta Full Day (B/L)

Pick up at your hotel and leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.

Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.

In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B)

Have breakfast at hotel. You are free to explore Ho Chi Minh City in your own way. You can choose some lovely souvenirs for your friends and family or stroll around and capture photos to catch the last moments here before you are transferred to the airport for your flight home. The room is at your disposal until 12.00 noontime.

Time travel: Possible to travel all year around.

Rooms are available from 14.00 on arrival day until 12.00 on departure day, room supplement charge will be added for request of early/late check in/out.

Airfares (if any) may change without notice prior to e-ticket issuance.

Price for infants and children will be quoted as follow:

  • Children under 2 years old: Free of charge (Maximum 1 child under 2 years old travels with 2 adults; from the second child, 50% of the regular fare will be applied) 
  • Children from 2 to 5 years old: 50% of the regular fare will be applied
  • Children from 5 to 11 years old: 75% of the regular fare will be applied
  • Children from 12 years: 100% of the regular fare will be applied

During Peak Season and special occasions, surcharges may be added to the price:

  • Christmas and New Year’s Eve: Compulsory meals would be added during these times of the years, depends on hotels or resorts you will stay overnight.
  • Vietnam Lunar New Year: 24 January – 27 January: Extra fee will be applied during holiday.

Visa requirements:

For Vietnam: You must have a valid passport and a visa (or pre-approval letter for a visa on arrival) to enter Vietnam. Our consultant will be happy to advise you on visa requirements.

Your passport must be valid for six months beyond your planned stay, and you must have at least one blank page for each visa stamp.
