Bagan has 2 distinctive seasons: dry (Oct-May) and wet (June - Sept). Which, April and May are the hottest months when the midday temperatures can even hit 40°C. If you visit the area in this time of the year, remember to bring a lot of water, and sun protection items and start the tour early.
