After this, make our way onto the land and finish our tour with a visit to a local village. This small community has spent centuries honing the art of creating rice noodles, which can be observed in a procedure that involves grinding rice, combining it with starch, and slicing sundried rice pancakes into strips.
Your next stop is Chau Doc, which is located where a tributary connecting the Bassac and Mekong Rivers intersects. The town has a diverse culture of Chinese, Cham, and Khmers.
