ITINERARY
This tour kicks off right at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel. We'll whisk you away from the bustling city streets and embark on a scenic drive. The route winds through the charming Old Quarter, past the urban fringe, and deep into the peaceful countryside. Crossing the Red River, a world of tranquility unfolds.
Immerse yourself in the heart of the Red River Delta. Your expert Jeep driver will navigate you through quaint villages, offering a glimpse into the daily lives of the locals. Witness the vast expanse of emerald rice paddies, where farmers tend to their land. You'll have the chance to meet them and learn about their routines firsthand.
After exploring these picturesque rice paddies and charming villages, we'll head to a bustling local market. Here, you'll witness the vibrant energy of Vietnamese trade firsthand.
But this cultural holiday isn't just about picturesque landscapes.
We delve into Vietnam's rich history with a visit to a site of immense national importance – the legendary An Duong Vuong temple complex, also known as Co Loa. Built-in 247 BC, this temple honors the king who founded the country and established the famed Au Lac kingdom.
Upon arrival, your knowledgeable guide will lead you through the temple grounds, sharing captivating stories from Vietnam's past.
The adventure continues as we journey back through the countryside, visiting a local family farm. Here, you'll witness firsthand the fruits (literally!) of their labor. Sample some of the farm's freshest tropical fruits, a delightful way to experience the diverse daily life of the Red River Delta.
As our time winds down, we embark on our final leg. Your Jeep driver will navigate along the Red River, taking a different route back to Hanoi. This scenic journey offers breathtaking landscapes of sprawling rice fields.
After a delicious lunch (included in the morning tour), we'll return you comfortably to your hotel, brimming with memories of your Vietnam Tour by Asia Links Travel.
