Itinerary
Upon arriving at the Cu Chi site, dive right into the history with a brief video about the Vietnam War including the pivotal role the Cu Chi tunnels played in the conflict against US Forces.
Next, we explore an exhibition area showcasing the ingenious weapons and traps used by Vietnamese fighters.
Then, our Cu Chi Tunnels Day Tour ventures into the authentic tunnels used by Vietnam soldiers. You can choose from tunnels of varying lengths (20m, 60m, or 100m), but if you have heart problems, Erysipelas, or Claustrophobia, it's best to skip this part.
A part of the tunnels is brought up to make demonstrations for visitors, revealing fascinating insights into daily life underground, including kitchens, meeting rooms, hospitals, and more.
Afterward, recharge your batteries with some local tea and cassava cooked in coconut milk and sesame salt, the same sustenance that fueled Viet Cong fighters during the war.
Following lunch at a nearby restaurant, we will embark on a cultural excursion to a traditional Rice Paper village and get hands-on experience making rice paper, immersing yourself in the authentic traditions of Vietnamese craftsmanship.

Time travel: Possible to travel all year around.
Price for infants and children will be quoted as follow:
- Children under 2 years old: Free of charge (Maximum 1 child under 2 years old travels with 2 adults; from the second child, 50% of the regular fare will be applied)
- Children from 2 to 5 years old: 50% of the regular fare will be applied
- Children from 5 to 11 years old: 75% of the regular fare will be applied
- Children from 12 years: 100% of the regular fare will be applied
During Peak Season and special occasions, surcharges may be added to the price:
- Christmas and New Year’s Eve: Compulsory meals would be added during these times of the years, depends on hotels or resorts you will stay overnight.
- Vietnam Lunar New Year: 24 January – 27 January: Extra fee will be applied during holiday.
Visa requirements:
For Vietnam: You must have a valid passport and a visa (or pre-approval letter for a visa on arrival) to enter Vietnam. Our consultant will be happy to advise you on visa requirements.
Your passport must be valid for six months beyond your planned stay, and you must have at least one blank page for each visa stamp.
