Itinerary
Greetings for your stay in Hanoi, Vietnam! Upon your arrival in the morning, our experienced driver will be waiting for you at the airport to transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi.
Please keep in mind that the standard check-in time is 14:00 (early check-in is not included and is subject to availability at the hotel).
Meals on your own and overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
8:00 AM: Our friendly tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
8:45 AM: We will complete the pick-up process and head towards Halong Bay via Expressway.
10:15 AM: We will have a short 20-minute break halfway to relax.
Noon: We will arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:30 PM: Once you are on board, you will be welcomed with a special drink and given a brief introduction about the cruise and safety guidelines. You can check in your room with air-conditioning and freshen up.
1:00 PM: We will serve a special lunch with Vietnamese traditional dishes while cruising through the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations.
3:00 PM: After lunch, we will visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave)
4:00 PM: Our cruise will take you to Titop Island for splendid views all around Halong Bay or you can enjoy swimming on a romantic sandy beach.
5:30 PM: We will return to the cruise for a shower and then relax on the sundeck, watching the sunset from comfortable lounge chairs while sipping a cocktail or reading a book.
6:00 PM: You will enjoy a welcome Sunset Party and Cooking Class where you will learn how to make fresh noodle rolls.
7:00 PM: You will have a Barbecue Dinner while sitting by an overlooking sea view window in the romantic night bay.
8:30 PM: After dinner, you will be served a natural herbal foot bath, which will help reduce foot pain and excrete toxins.
9:00 PM: You can play some sports games like Squid Fishing sing karaoke or simply relax on the sundeck.
You will spend the night on the boat and wake up to a new day with new things to do in Halong Bay.
6:00 AM: Rise and shine! You can wake up early to experience the mesmerizing sunrise from the sundeck.
7:00 AM: After that, you can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast while admiring the morning view of the bay with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
7:45 AM: Visit the Halong Bay Pearl Farm, which is renowned for producing the most famous pearls in Vietnam. You will be amazed to learn that the process of pearl farming and retrieving takes years.
8:30 AM: Explore Halong Bay on your own by kayaking. The stunning scenery of the bay is sure to leave you awe-struck.
9:30 AM: Check out from the cruise and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.
10:45 AM: Have brunch while cruising back to Tuan Chau Harbour.
12:00 PM: The cruise will land at Halong Bay harbor, where you will say goodbye to the sailors and complete the cruise.
From there, you can take a bus to return to Hanoi via the expressway.
2:15 PM: Stop halfway for a short break while en route.
3:30 PM: Arrive at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. You are free to relax until you are picked up by a Sleeper Bus transfer to Ha Giang City.
The pick-up time is between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM. You will arrive in Ha Giang City around 3:00 AM to 3:30 AM for the Ha Giang Loop Vietnam.
Once you arrive, you will be provided with a homestay for you to rest until 8:00 AM.
Note: No hotel room in Hanoi today.
8.30 AM: This Ha Giang loop tour will commence at our homestay in Ha Giang City. Our knowledgeable tour guide and drivers will provide you with a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure your well-being while sitting behind the easy riders.
On the first day of the Ha Giang loop, you will experience a remarkable transformation in the scenery as you traverse the mountain roads. We will make a stop at the Bac Sum Slope, where you can relish the breathtaking view and indulge in some refreshing drinks before arriving at the town of Quan Ba.
The tour will take you through the Dong Van Karst Geopark, which is a significant geo-heritage site in Vietnam. The landscape features numerous terraced rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks, awe-inspiring views, and concealed villages in the valley.
This provides you with an opportunity to immerse yourself in rural North Vietnamese countryside life. Our expert riders will take you to the Quan Ba Heaven Gate & Twin Mountains - the renowned viewpoint in Ha Giang.
We will have lunch at a local restaurant in Yen Minh Town.
After lunch, we will drive to Dong Van Town, where you will make a stop at Tham Ma Slope and the residence of the Vuong family, which is still called “H'mong King Palace”.
Finally, we will arrive at the homestay in Dong Van Town, where you can relish a delectable dinner.
As you begin your day after breakfast, be prepared to embrace the breathtaking beauty of Ha Giang. You will get to witness the stunning Ma Pi Leng Pass, also known as the Heaven Pass, where you can see the Nho Que river flowing underneath. This is one of the most popular spots for tourists and is considered to be the most beautiful part of the loop.
After crossing the pass, you will take another road back to Yen Minh, which also boasts equally stunning landscapes as the first day. Along the way, you will get to explore and appreciate the different cultures and hill tribes, such as the Hmong tribe living in the Ha Giang province.
You will be amazed by their beautiful traditional clothes. The Ha Giang trip offers a truly rewarding experience, allowing you to take in stunning views, fascinating country life, and beautiful cultures, which will leave you with lifelong memories. So, don’t miss the chance to take this trip!
After a full day of exploring, our tours usually end around 5:00 PM, and you will be back in Hanoi by night sleeper bus.
Upon arrival in Hanoi, you can relax in the hotel and spend the night there.

7:00 AM: Rise and shine! Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We'll then travel to Ninh Binh province, which is approximately 120 km from Hanoi city.
9:00 AM: We'll take a 20-minute break so you can relax and stretch your legs.
10:30 AM: Next, we'll visit the Hoa Lu ancient capital, where you'll learn about Vietnam's rich history and see the impressive architecture of the temples of King Dinh and King Le, which date back to the 17th century. You'll also get to experience the ancient atmosphere of Hoa Lu.
11:30 AM: We'll continue the tour with a 45-minute bike ride around the village, where you'll get to see how the locals live their daily lives.
12:30 PM: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant with a variety of local foods, including goat meat, fried rice, and vegetarian options.
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: We'll visit Tam Coc by a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride. You'll be amazed by the charming beauty of the paddy fields, river, water, cloud, sky, and stunning cave system during the boat trip. Vietnamese people called this place "Halong Bay on land".
4:00 PM: Make our way to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). We'll walk up almost 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc.
5:30 PM: Board the bus and head back to Hanoi.
7:30 PM: Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi.

At that time, our driver will arrive to pick you up for your transfer to the airport.

Trip Notes
Time travel: Possible to travel all year around. March to June is best time when the weather is warmer and days are mainly sunny. July to Oct will be rainy season.
Rooms are available from 14.00 on arrival day until 12.00 on departure day, room supplement charge will be added for request of early/late check in/out.
Price for infants and children will be quoted as follow:
- Children under 2 years old: Free of charge (Maximum 1 child under 2 years old travels with 2 adults; from the second child, 50% of the regular fare will be applied)
- Children from 2 to 5 years old: 50% of the regular fare will be applied
- Children from 5 to 11 years old: 75% of the regular fare will be applied
- Children from 12 years: 100% of the regular fare will be applied
During Peak Season and special occasions, surcharges may be added to the price:
- Christmas and New Year’s Eve: Compulsory meals would be added during these times of the years, depends on hotels or resorts you will stay overnight.
- Vietnam Lunar New Year: 24 January – 27 January: Extra fee will be applied during holiday.
Visa requirements:
For Vietnam: You must have a valid passport and a visa (or pre-approval letter for a visa on arrival) to enter Vietnam. Our consultant will be happy to advise you on visa requirements.
Your passport must be valid for six months beyond your planned stay, and you must have at least one blank page for each visa stamp.
