Maybe you have heard about Angkor Wat, the World Historical Heritage that defines Cambodia. Now, you are able to observe this magnificent architecture in your first day tour. Angkor Wat was built in 12th century (from 1112-1152) by king Suryavarman II and be used to worship Vishnu.

The temple is special for its architecture, carving on walls that indicate stories about Hindu deities and an imortal life, magnificent size and contains numerous of monuments. Despite of this fact, the temple was ignored in the 15th.

Continuing the journey, you will reach to another historical place: the Banteay Srei. Although the pagoda is small in size but with its architect, those beautiful flower adorned on walls, pink sandstone of the material, it has become one of the most stunning pagodas in the region.

Next, we head to Ta Phrom Temple, which owns an impressive size. Being built in 1186 by King Jayavarman VII, the temple is not just merely belonged to the King mother, it is also the residence for over 12.500 people, 18 priests and 80.000 Khmer. It is sad that the temple hadn’t been took care well after the fallen of Khmer Kingom. It is now covered by the jungle, where many trees and tree roots embraced the structure to every angle. Suddenly, the view just gets more stunning.

This time, you will discover the Preah Khan, which is one of the biggest complexes in Angkor. While waiting for the Angkor Thom completion, King Jayavarman VII had required to build the short - term shelter.

Following next, here comes the Neak Pean. This is the only one stupa in Angkor that was built on an island. Across the temple, the statue of the horse - Balaha stands for the hero that saved lives when the boat sink.

Then, you will get to Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda - the two most gorgeous temples in Angkor. They were built in 12th century by King Jayavarman II. They are home for numerous of carving images that show the people respect to Shiva and Vishnu.

When it turns to afternoon, you will visit the Angkor Thom (or the "Great City"), which was erected in 12th century by King Jayavarman VII. With the impressive size of over 9 square kms, through time, the temple was the result of the previous and later generations of King Jayavarman work.

Right in its center, there you find the National Temple of Jayavarman, the Bayon Temple and many worship places around Victory Plaza. After being through the day like this, you are definitely satisfied with the ancient evidences that the place owns.

Before heading to the airport and then fly to Sihanoukville, you will have your time in the morning to chill out at the vibrant Pub Street or the Old Central Market of Siem Reap. Wake up and get ready for your tour to Preah Sihanouk “Ream National Park”. This is one of the seven national parks in Cambodian land that was founded by Majesty Norodom Sihanouk in 1993. The park owns lush mangrove and tropical forests, diverse animal and plant species. In particular, you can find some of the bird creatures that are in danger of extinction like Lesser Adjutant bird, Milky, Woolly-necked stocks and white freshwater dolphin. 

At the mangrove-lined, Prek Toeuk Sap River, milky and adjutant storks, kingfish can easily be seen. Furthermore, you can observe other species like deer, wild pig, fishing cats and most likely monkeys.  Stilt houses of indigenous people can also be spotted on the river sides. 

This unique trip provides an insight into the diverse wildlife of Cambodia southern region with not only natural experiences, boat trip but also beach break. In the afternoon, back to Sihanoukville to rest and have meals (on your expense). Rest one night at the hotel.

We head to Kampot this morning. In the afternoon, we take a cycling tour on the unique bamboo mountain bike which is the best way to explore the beauty of Kampot’s rural areas. Our guide will ride with you and instruct you to get to the natural spots and villages of rural Cambodia. 

For your information, the special bikes we ride today are sponsored by the local NGO Mekong Creations in order to help the locals in the rural to improve their living standard. Apart from bamboo frame, the bikes are equipped with all high – quality parts from famous brands to bring the most natural and comfortable feel for the riders.

This bike tour around Kampot offers you a chance to take the different trails, other than the main tracks to discover off – the – beaten paths. In case of unexpected situations, the bike tour is ensured to have back up supporting vehicles and bike trailers. 

The beautiful and tranquil tracks of Cambodia’s countryside take you through the vast rice fields, huge salt farms and lush pepper plantations where to observe hard - working indigenous doing their daily routine. Your day will start with 2.5 hour of Stand-up Paddle boarding (or SUP) - one of the world’s fastest growing water sports. Private tours in Cambodia are very flexible to tourist requirements, they provide unique personal adventures on Kampot’s ditches of mangrove jungle. The activity will bring up something new, feeling of adventurous and also enjoyable. First, you have to take the basic course of Stand-up boarding before you ride the boat yourself. During your training time, you are both learning and relaxing among the dreamy view of mangrove forests and natural wildlife.

After that, we leave Kampot and reach to Kep, where many pepper plantations is located. Throughout southern Cambodia including both Kep and Kampot provinces are where you find world - class pepper production. As the matter of fact, Cambodia pepper receives advantages from the World Trade Association status of Protected Geographical Indication just like Champagne in France or Parma Ham in Italy. 

We will make a stop at a lovely local farm and be welcomed by the host. Through the conversation, they will reveal the techniques of growing and collecting pepper to you. Take a walk through the garden to see the fresh pepper and then after that, watch the peppercorn drying in the sun. The host wouldn’t mind to introduce to you about the different kinds of pepper and their characteristics. You can also buy some of this special product for gift or souvenir before leaving the farm. Back to Kep for hotel check-in.

Travel 170 km away from Kep, beautiful capital of Cambodia - Phnom Penh is your next destination. During the ride, we will stop at several stations to take photos, enjoy the beautiful landscape and explore a village near Chisor that owns special weaving techniques. It is about noon when you get to the Phnom Penh. After checking in at the hotel, spend some time exploring the city of Phnom Penh, which lies in the confluence of four branches of Mekong river. Then, heading for Royal Palace to contemplate the captivating ancient architect. It was built in 1866 by King Norodom and housed many smaller constructions with impressive Khmer art.

Your day tour won’t end there, our next attraction is Silver Pagoda, where owns the 90 kg golden Buddha statue. Moreover, 9584 diamond, emeralds, Baccarat crystal in 17th century are used to decorate the body of the Buddha.

Time Travel: Possible to travel all year around, best time from November to March.

Price for infants and children will be quoted as follow:

  • Children under 2 years old: Free of charge (Maximum 1 child under 2 years old travels with 2 adults; from the second child, 50% of the regular fare will be applied) 
  • Children from 2 to 5 years old: 50% of the regular fare will be applied
  • Children from 5 to 11 years old: 75% of the regular fare will be applied
  • Children from 12 years: 100% of the regular fare will be applied

During Peak Season and special occasions, surcharges may be added to the price:

  • Christmas and New Year’s Eve: Compulsory meals would be added during these times of the years, depends on hotels or resorts you will stay overnight.
  • Easter Holidays 10 April – 12 April: Extra fee will be applied during holiday.
  • Cambodia's New Year 14 April - 16 April: Extra fee will be applied during holiday.

Visa requirements:

For Cambodia: Visa on arrival is available. Tourists and business travelers may purchase a Cambodian visa valid for one month at the airports in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap and Border Checkpoints.

Your passport must be valid for six months beyond your planned stay, and you must have at least one blank page for each visa stamp.
