Day 2: Bangkok City Tour

Our today’s excursion will take you around Bangkok, which is also known with the name “the city of golden temples”.

Start with a visit to the Grand Palace, which consists of 3 major sections: Royal Palace, Royal Office and pagodas (Wat) constructed in the 70s of the 18th century.

These days, this place is where the majority of crucial national celebrations are held. Wat Phra Kaew is well-known both for its distinctive charm of Thailand Buddhism construction style and the holy Buddha statue which is made of jade.

From the Grand Palace, it is quite close to reach Wat Pho, known as the oldest and largest pagoda in the city where there are over a thousand Buddha statues as well as a giant sit-back Buddha golden statue.

Our journey continues with a boat trip on the Chao Phraya River. This offers us a good view over the life of the local living nearby.

Along the way, we can also drop by Wat Arun, which is recognized as the most stunning pagoda in the capital city of Bangkok both for its riverside position and its unique architectural features found nowhere else.

Then, we will make for Wat Traimit – our today’s final site. This spot makes a name for its charming distinction, its ancient spectacle and for the large Buddha statue made in gold as well.

Back to your hotel and make the most out of your leisure time to wander around Bangkok as night falls.

This is the largest natural opened zoo where over 75 mammal species are living together with birds of 300 types originating from African and Asian continents as well as numerous rare living creatures worldwide.

The Safari World is separated into two major sections, namely Safari Park and Marine Park. The former is where various wild beings such as lion, tiger, giraffe, zebra, deer, … are given care and preservation measures.

These animals grow in a natural environment; therefore, tourists are able to admire and are welcome to photograph as they wish. In Marine Park, there are dolphins, sea lions, … - those common creatures living under the sea.

Marine creatures, after carefully given a training course, will offer tourists skillful performances.
