Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Free & Easy (-)

Meet our driver at the airport to begin your journey to the Hanoi hotel.

Note that the check-in time is 14:00. Checking in early depends on the hotel having a room free, and it's not guaranteed.

You have free time to spend exploring Hanoi on your own today. Meals on your own.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B, L)

8:00 - 8:30 AM: Our adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from your Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House. Get ready for a captivating journey through the heart of Vietnam's capital!

Morning:

  • We'll pay respects at the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed Mondays & Fridays for maintenance), learning about Uncle Ho's simple life at his modest stilt house. Witness the serene beauty of One Pillar Pagoda, a symbol of Hanoi's resilience.
  • Delve into the fascinating Museum of Ethnology, showcasing the diverse ethnicities that call Vietnam home.

Lunch: Savor a delicious Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon:

  • Step back in time at The Imperial Academy, Vietnam's first university. Admire the tranquil Literature Lake and the ornate Khue Van Pavilion. Learn about the 82 doctor stele stones, a testament to Vietnam's rich academic history.
  • Explore the chilling Hoa Lo Prison Relic, also known as the "Hanoi Hilton." This museum offers a glimpse into the lives of prisoners during wartime.
  • Find serenity at Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi's oldest. Its majestic architecture and peaceful lakeside setting offer a moment of reflection.

4:00 PM: Our Hanoi City Tour concludes with a comfortable return to your hotel.

Evening: Enjoy the freedom to explore Hanoi's vibrant night markets or savor a delicious dinner at your own pace.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu, Trang An, Mua Cave) – Hanoi (B, L)

7:30 AM - 8:00 AM: Our friendly guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and whisk you away for a Ninh Binh trip.

9:15 AM: Take a relaxing 15-20 minute break to grab a coffee (not included).

10:30 AM: Step back in time to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. Learn about the fascinating feudal system under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

11:45 AM: Fuel up for your adventures with a delicious buffet lunch featuring local favorites like goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice. Vegetarian options are always available!

1:00 PM: Embark on a magical journey through Trang An on a traditional bamboo boat. Glide past charming rice paddies, rivers, and towering limestone formations. Discover hidden caves and witness the beauty that has earned Trang An the nickname "Halong Bay on land."

2:30 PM: Immerse yourself in local life with a 45-minute bike ride through a charming village.

3:30 PM: Hop back on the bus and head towards Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Challenge yourself with a climb of nearly 500 steps to reach the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain. Enjoy breathtaking sweeping views of Tam Coc as compensation.

4:30 PM: After conquering the mountain, board the bus and begin your journey back to Hanoi.

6:30 PM: Arrive back at your hotel in Hanoi. Dinner is on your own, so explore the city's vibrant food scene! Rest up for another exciting day in the Vietnam package tour.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong Bay Overnight On Cruise (B, L, D)

7:30 - 8:30 AM: Kick off your Halong Bay cruise today! We'll pick you up around Hanoi's Old Quarter and board a comfortable shared bus together.
Let's relax and take in the peaceful beauty of the Vietnamese countryside, farmlands, and the Red River Delta.

11:30 AM: Arrive at the Halong Bay cruise check-in lounge. Refresh yourself after the long drive from Hanoi and relax while waiting for check-in.

12:15 PM: Welcome aboard! After boarding the cruise, check in and enjoy welcome drinks. The Cruise Manager will introduce the itinerary and safety briefing.

1:00 PM: Lunch with a view! Savor a delicious buffet lunch as the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing by the famous Kissing Rocks and Finger Islets.

2:30 - 4:00 PM: Explore the emerald waters. Immerse yourself in the stunning scenery of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets as we sail. Explore Luon Cave by kayak or enjoy a relaxing ride on a bamboo boat rowed by locals.

4:00 – 5:00 PM: Island adventures! Visit either Titov Island or Trinh Nu Cave.

5:30 – 7:00 PM: Unwind and celebrate! Sunset party with drinks on board.

6:00 PM: Learn to cook like a local! Join our cooking demonstration and learn how to make Vietnamese specialties like spring rolls from our expert chef.

7:15 PM: Dinner under the stars. Delight in a delicious and expertly prepared dinner under the shimmering atmosphere of thousands of stars.

8:30 PM: Evening entertainment! Relax with karaoke or enjoy a drink at the bar. We also provide free squid fishing tools at reception, so try your luck!

10:00 PM: Rest and recharge. Settle into your clean, air-conditioned room with a private washroom for a comfortable night's sleep onboard.

Day 5: Halong Bay - Hanoi – Fly to Danang – Hoian (B, Br)

6:00 AM: Energize for the day with an optional Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck. Capture unforgettable photo opportunities, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning (your choice!).

7:00 - 7:30 AM: Savor a light breakfast served at the restaurant to fuel up for your day's adventures.

7:30 - 8:30 AM: Prepare to be amazed by Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay. Be captivated by the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the Bay upon exiting the cave.

8:30 - 9:30 AM: Head back onboard the cruise. Settle your bill, check out, and cruise back to Tuan Chau Island.

9:45 - 10:45 AM: Enjoy a delicious brunch at the restaurant as the boat makes its way back to the harbor.

10:45 - 11:00 AM: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. Board a shared limousine for your transfer to Hanoi Airport. Catch your flight to Danang (around 18:00 - 19:00 PM). Upon arrival in Danang, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel in Hoian for your overnight stay.

Day 6: Hoian - Ba Na Hills - Golden Bridge – Hoian (B, L)

At approximately 8:00 AM, a tour guide and our vehicle will collect you from the hotel lobby. Take the Cable Car to Get to Ba Na Hills.

Experience the most up-to-date cable car in Southeast Asia, then travel to the summit of the mountain by The Climbing Train to further explore Le Jardin D'Amour (a complex of nine gardens) and Linh Ung Pagoda.

Ride the second cable car to see the Tombstone Temple, Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Linh Phong Monastery, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple, and Tru Vu Tea Shop. In the French Village, take in the street music and the Statue of Art.

Take in Square Du Dome, the Carnival Performance Show, etc.

Take on the most well-liked adventure ride: the free Tube Car Slide. Lunch is at a buffet restaurant.

Come along to Fantasy Park. Wander through a fairy forest, explore Dinosaur Park, engage in 5D wild west gaming, savor a 4D death race experience, view 3D immersive 360-degree content, embark on an underground journey, enter Jurassic Park, confront Freefall Tower, and embark on an adventure in Horror House, among other more than 90 complimentary games.

Go on exploring the Golden Bridge, which is situated more than 1400 meters above sea level. With eight spans and a total length of around 150 meters, the biggest span is 21.2 meters. The bridge is constructed of wood that is 3 meters wide and 5 centimeters thick. Queen Green flowers are abundantly planted along the aisles, and the railing is covered in stainless steel gilded.

3:00 PM: To depart from Ba Na Hills, return the cable car.

4:45-6:00 PM: You are driven back to your Hoian hotel by our vehicle. End of the group tour for today.

Day 7: Hoian – Danang – Coconut Jungle – Hoian Ancient Town (B, L, D)

7:30 – 8:00 AM: Our driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Danang.

The first destination is Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain). We'll climb to breathtaking heights (693 meters above sea level!) and enjoy panoramic ocean views from this stunning national park.

Next, is the awe-inspiring Linh Ung Pagoda, home to the tallest statue of the Goddess of Compassion in Southeast Asia. This 67-meter-long wonder sits on a lotus-shaped pedestal and is decorated with 21 intricate Buddha sculptures.

The next special feature you cannot miss is the natural beauty of the Marble Mountains and the historic Buddhist temples nestled inside. Explore the wonders of Am Phu Cave and gain interesting insights into the differences between Buddhism and Hinduism.

End the morning by immersing yourself in the art of Non-Nuoc Stone Handicraft Village. Witness the creation of exquisite stonework and maybe even find the perfect souvenir to cherish.

11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious local lunch at a restaurant before starting the next leg of your journey.

1:00 PM: Admire the peaceful scenery of Cam Thanh Coconut Forest. Soak up the tranquility of the lush landscape and try your hand at traditional fishing techniques like round nets and cast nets.

2:15 PM: Next, Hoian Ancient Town cordially invites you to explore the Phuc Kien Pagoda, Phung Hung ancient home, Japanese Bridge, Museum, and other sites. Hoian Central Market shopping. Admire the influences of China, Japan, and Vietnam as you stroll around the historic old town. Visit the neighborhood eatery for dinner.

Enjoy the sparkling Hoian and free up some time to see the night market.

6:00 PM: Board a peaceful boat along the Thu Bon River and release wishing lights, carrying your hopes and dreams downstream. Bask in the mesmerizing glow of the lantern-lit streets and continue exploring the night market at your leisure.

6:30 PM: Relax and unwind as we take you back to your hotel in Hoian, ending today's adventure.

Day 8: Hoian - Danang - Fly to Ho Chi Minh City (B)

You have free time until our driver takes you to the airport for your journey to Ho Chi Minh City.

After you land in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be driven to the hotel by our private vehicle for check-in.

Meals paid for by yourself. Spend the night in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City Tour - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)

PICK UP: 07:30 – 08:00 (the time of pick up depends on customer’s hotel/ accommodation’s exact position).
RETURN: 19:00
Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.
Have lunch at local restaurant.
Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.
Return to Ho Chi Minh.

**The Notre Dame Cathedral have been being restored, so the guests just visit outside.

Day 10: Mekong Delta Tour Full Day (B, L)

Around 07:30 AM: Depart from the bustling Ho Chi Minh City and embark on the journey to My Tho, a town situated on the left bank of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, we will pay our respects at Vinh Trang Pagoda, a historic structure dating back to the late 19th century. Next, we board a traditional sampan and cruise down the river, weaving around the four magnificent islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle.

We will stop at Ky Lan Island, where you can take a delightful stroll along the countryside paths, marvel at the bountiful orchards overflowing with tropical fruits, and be captivated by the melodies of folk music performed by the local people. Afterward, a visit to a fruit plantation awaits, offering a glimpse into local agriculture.

Continuing our journey, we navigate the Thoi Son canal by hand-rowed sampan, soaking in the picturesque landscapes of the countryside. Here, we will have the opportunity to visit a family business, explore a honeybee farm where you can savor honey tea, and witness the production process of delicious coconut candy.

A delectable lunch awaits at a local restaurant, followed by some free time to unwind.

The afternoon offers a choice between exploring Tan Thach village on a bike ride and interacting with the friendly locals, or simply relaxing in a hammock and embracing the refreshing countryside breeze.

By 5:30 PM, we will make our way back to Ho Chi Minh City, carrying with us unforgettable memories of the Mekong Delta.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)

After our driver comes to pick you up at your hotel and takes you to the airport for your flight home, you have free time to spend relaxing at your accommodation or independently exploring the city today. Please be advised that you have till 12:00 PM to use your hotel room.

Price for infants and children will be quoted as follow:

  • Children under 2 years old: Free of charge (Maximum 1 child under 2 years old travels with 2 adults; from the second child, 50% of the regular fare will be applied) 
  • Children from 2 to 5 years old: 50% of the regular fare will be applied
  • Children from 5 to 11 years old: 75% of the regular fare will be applied
  • Children from 12 years: 100% of the regular fare will be applied

During Peak Season and special occasions, surcharges may be added to the price:

  • Christmas and New Year’s Eve: Compulsory meals would be added during these times of the years, depends on hotels or resorts you will stay overnight.
  • Vietnam Lunar New Year: 24 January – 27 January: Extra fee will be applied during holiday.
