Nanda Restaurant hosts a very spacious dining area consisting of a garden and several outside areas interconnected. Enjoy a meal al fresco or underneath the roof cover while enjoying the famous puppet show. Red-brick buildings add a traditional “Bagan touch” to the scenery. Lights are hung all over the garden and the terrace to create a warm, intimate atmosphere. Your traditional Myanmar-set menu will be served while you are entertained by talented puppet masters and their colorful, handmade puppets

Nanda Restaurant is located on the main road between Nyaung U and Old Bagan. The spacious open air restaurant nestled in a lush garden offers Myanmar food sets, some of them served on traditional lacquer ware plates. Indulge in a full local experience while watching a traditional puppet show.

Beautiful and very spacious location. Staff are very friendly. It is nice to eat by the pond and to watch the traditional puppet show for dinner.
