Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, then you will cycle around Hoian towards the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs - 8 tons of vegetables are sold every year from more than 40 hectares of land!
Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden.
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetables from insects as well as gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest, surrounded by canals and houses. This place had ever been a refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
You will be warmly welcomed by Mr. Han - a 3 generations family, taste green tea and stroll through the village. The best experience here is to row a basket boat with the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in the water coconut forest.
Back to Mr. Han’s house to enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, and traditional therapeutic practice before preparing lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, Banh Xeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf, ...
After lunch, it’s time for free time and a short rest before returning to your hotel at about 15h30.
Option 3: My Son Holly Land Tour (Light Lunch included)
The Holyland is surrounded by marvelous mountains, 48km west of Hoian. In the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman, My Son was chosen as a religious center, that’s why we are left with a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures.
Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, you will also be introduced to the Old Tower of the Cham by the tour guide.
Spend 2 hours enjoying and discovering the beauty of Ancient buildings in the Champa Kingdom with our tour guide. A light lunch will be served for you as well.
