  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months to apply for an E-visa to enter Vietnam. 
  • 2 colored passport-sized photos. Straight looking without glasses.
  • Credit cards to proceed with payment of 25USD E-visa fee for single entry

  • Fill in the Application Form

The application form is absolutely crucial for the further steps to get your confirmation of E-visa. Every information must be correct according to your identity which includes your full name, date of birth, passport number and nationality

Be careful in choosing your Visa type according to your purpose of entry and state your specific arrival date and airport.

  • Review your Form and Prepare for Your Payment.

Please note that you need to check all of your detailed information for the second time to make sure they are all correct. If your application is refused, the payment will not be refunded. You can choose between your own Credit Cards or Banking Transfers to pay for the handling fee. 

  • Remember to Check on E - Visa Portal 

Normally, it takes from 3 to 5 working days to process your application form. Your E-Visa result will be displayed on the official website of the Vietnam Immigration Department’s E-Visa, you can track your result by using the registration code. 

  • Check your email and Print Evisa paper out 

Your E-visa will then be sent to your email. You need to print it out and show it to the Immigration officer at the airport accompanied by other necessary papers.

A Vietnam visa letter is an official document of the Vietnam Immigration Office allowing tourists to enter/exit the country after being stamped at the airport.

* NOTICE: Travelers with a Vietnam approval visa letter can only obtain a visa at Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and Da Nang International Airport.

How to get Vietnam Visa Letter?

You can apply for a Vietnam visa letter at the Vietnam embassy/consulate in your country or through a visa agent. The procedure will take about 3 - 5 working days at the cost of 20 - 25 USD. Then, the approval letter will be sent to your email. All you need to do is print it out and show it to the Immigration officer at the airport for a stamp on your passport. The stamp costs 25 USD more for a single entry (only in cash).
