1. INTRODUCTION OF DIFF 2019 DA NANG, VIETNAM
The festival takes place in a month from 1st June to 6th July, 2019 with the main theme "Stories of Rivers" including five nights of competition with five different topics: Origin, Sprouts of life, Love, Colours and Offshore. There are eight teams from different countries: Vietnam, China, Russia, Italia, Belgium, Finland, United Kingdom and Brazil coming and joining this competition.
The official dates of firework competitions among team begin at 1st June, 2019. The performances start at 8:00 PM every Saturday during the festival. The schedules for competitions are:
- June 1: Vietnam vs Russia
- June 8: Brazil vs Belgium
- June 15: Finland vs Italy
- June 22: United Kingdom vs China
- July 6: The final show between two best teams
The festival is staged over the iconic Han River where is perfect spot for everyone to watch firework from different parts of the city.
Apart from firework performances, there are also many supporting cultural, sports and travel activities held during and after the competition as well which make Da Nang's tourism develop and attract domestic as well as foreign tourists.
